I'm excited to announce that I now offer EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. EMDR is a science-based approach which helps you heal from emotional pain, anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, low self esteem, phobias, addictions, grief, ptsd, and more.
EMDR uses bilateral eye movements to stimulate the brain and reprogram unwanted or intrusive thoughts or memories. You don't need to talk through every detail - your mind is guided to naturally process and let go.

Introductory Offer: $75.00 for each session booked from now until May 31st/25. Sessions are 90 minutes and include Reiki as needed.
