What an incredible achievement! 🧡💪🏻🎉
We are immensely grateful for every donation and for each person who supported this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Congratulations to all 320 participants who took on the challenge of 2,000 push-ups in 23 days in support of mental health and our branch. Thanks to your dedication, we’ve raised over $20,000 to support mental health care!
Donations remain open until March 20 for anyone who’d like to continue supporting this amazing effort. You can donate through the link below or at thepushupchallenge.ca.
Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will directly support the community-based programs we provide, including crisis support, housing assistance, and ongoing mental health care. These essential services help individuals find knowledge, hope, and recovery, ensuring people in need receive timely and compassionate care close to home.
Thank you for pushing for better with us this February. Let’s keep the momentum going and champion movement and mental wellness every day!

CMHA HKPR is proud to support Pink Shirt Day 👚
We’re standing together against bullying and choosing kindness. At CMHA HKPR, we’re committed to being a safe, supportive space for anyone who needs us.
Let’s keep spreading kindness, today and every day, to help build communities where everyone feels included. 💗
02/25/2026
Every year on Pink Shirt Day, people in schools, workplaces, and communities around the world reach for something pink as a quiet act of courage. This small choice sends a powerful message about the kind of communities we want to build, where everyone feels safe and respected, and where people stand together to say that bullying will not go unchallenged.
Bullying can happen face to face, in group chats, on gaming platforms, or on social media. It can be loud and obvious or quiet and isolating — and however it shows up, it harms mental health.
Pink Shirt Day is one moment in the year, but the attitudes behind it can shape every day that follows. When we take bullying seriously and stand with those who are being harmed, we build communities where more people feel like they belong.
