We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our second yoga studio!

After many amazing years of growing and practicing together at our beloved East City location, we are expanding to bring yoga to even more members of our community.
Today, we celebrate not only the expansion of our beautiful East City Studio, but also the growth of our community. Yoga is so much more than just a practice - it is a journey of self discovery, connection and transformation. Our new studio represents a new chapter in this journey, one that promises to bring us closer together and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Happy Winter Solstice Everyone.
We had a joyous gathering tonight, thanks to for getting this first, and only picture of the evening 😀.
It had me reflecting on our ever growing beautiful community, all the changes of the seasons, and within our community, but some things always stay true; Our Peterborough Yoga mission:
Yoga for every body, a place to live, breathe, cry, grieve, smile, laugh, connect and feel that connection long off the mat.
Greatful for the return to light, the earth, our divine ✨️ light is returning, but really it never left, it just needed to recharge.

These circles have been so inspiring. The women who are showing up are the real deal, and I feel incredibly honored and blessed to be gathering with such authentic and courageous souls.

This Friday, I’m hosting the second Peterborough circle, and we have a few spots left!

If you’re feeling called to join, I’d love to welcome you. 💗 Opening to Love ~ tea ceremony, heart-opening practices, and sharing what’s alive in our lives right now. 💫

Join us for a deeply healing breathwork experience designed to release physical stress, stagnant energy, and trauma held within the body. Using Conscious Connected Breathwork, this journey will safely guide you into a deeper release of physical, emotional and energetic tension to move into a state of deeper peace and harmony. Our experienced facilitators, Caelan and Alana, provide empathetic support to ensure a safe, transformative experience. We close with an integration sharing circle to help everyone feel connected and grounded. All parts of you are welcome here as we create a safe space to reclaim your authentic self and a more regulated, centered nervous system.
