My name is Jessica Dalliday, and I am the owner and creator of Pilates on Demand, an online Pilates class platform designed for real women, with real bodies. The classes range from pre-pregnancy, to prenatal, postnatal and beyond.

I created Pilates on Demand to conveniently bring my Pilates and rehab expertise to the comfort of your home. As a busy working woman, I know how hard it can be to fit exercise in. And for those moms out there, it can be even harder because you can’t leave the children unattended. Pilates on Demand allows for convenient exercise that you can trust is safe and good for your body.

With a masters degree in Kinesiology and as a certified Athletic Therapist, registered Kinesiologist, and certified Pilates Instructor, you can feel confident that the exercise chosen for you is right for your fitness level.

I created Pilates on Demand to take everything you love about fitness classes and bring it to your home. No more endless hours scrolling through hundreds of videos, we do the choosing for you with our Pilates class series.
