Shen is the spiritual or emotional name for the land of the heart. It is the lifeblood literally, because our feelings and emotions . are our lifeline, or why we stay in our humanly body. The word "Shen" carries the meaning "to extend" and to create. The Core spirit wants to extend through our whole being and into the world around us. It is by extending our energy into life, by living fully that we create ourselves and feel the joy of being. Shens basic message is ....to become that "self" which we truly are.

The same laws that operate in the macrocism our world(universe) also work at the microcosm our bidy/mind. Our energy pathways (channels) are filled with information of who we really are. It's when we reconnect with the "ki" within, to recapture the innocence of the "self" that is tucked away safely to prevent from ridicule from the world or to be judged. Our bodies are amazing no matter what you have been through we can always have access to information of who we are at a deep level & integrate back into our lives. Simply by looking at life from the perspective of life forces & energy flow.

The vital energy or "ki" of the body flows both externally (below the surface of the skin) and internally (within the deeper tissues & organs) along pathways or channels. The "ki" energy vitalizes all the cells, tissues , organs & systems of the body and integrates them in function. We are supported & nourished by this vital life energy, yet we are not aware of its existence and importance.

Reflection of the self without judgement, transmuting into more of what we thought possible to the new ways of being. Reminding me of the wisdom ,the perspective of the adult we've become, not as the child who experienced or witnessed. More understanding of the themes and patterns that may have kept us stuck, through our hearts as we balance more male/female energies by reframing our left and right brain thinking.

To become more balanced & centred in who we are that "self" or genetic map we came into this world with that flows within our energy channels some may call our ancestral lineage. This is not complaints or disturbances rather a reminder of the bodymind spirit functions we may have lost touch with. It's not just about healing it's about transformation.

Finishing up my year of 2025 felt more like catching up on enough sleep or finishing up projects or ideas that inspired me, or walking away from what doesn't align anymore. The reflection & faith of the series of events that were lined up by my soul for me to experience. Though most importantly to me was the destiny or free will to have the opportunity to see where I have been & experienced & how honoring my ability of what I don't want to repeat again.
