To create freedom, clarity and flow combined with the union with the universal creative energy. We can begin to dissolve the bodymind separation in a journey towards the "aware body." More in touch with our feelings so we may dissolve old emotional states that may have blocked our physical structures. In this process , our physical, emotional, & spiritual nature's change, becoming clearer, more centred & balanced.

Beginning to let life flow can bring up the fear of change and perhaps of newly conscious feelings. Growth and change can bring up the issue of trust .. trust of the self. Reflection and transformation can prepare us for the new as we release our disharmony within. How am I speaking more truth, love, and compassion to be in this healing transformation? An ending to a cycle as i embrace more of the "self."

The spiral of personal development is constantly impeded by doubt, insecurity, and hypercritism. The more we create a balance and flow as we nurture more of inner aspects that we may have suppressed or lost along the way as loving ourseves allows us to live in alignment with our values. It's the self-discovery of ourselves as we continue to heal and transform to come into wholeness.
