Have you had a baby recently in the Peterborough area? This class is designed for moms as early as 4 weeks postpartum (birth method dependant). It’s been created to provide you with the tools, knowledge and support that YOU need to embrace your perinatal journey, prioritize your health and come back stronger.⁣ I LOVE seeing the growing confidence in participants when it comes to their movement and seeing them form connections with other moms. 👶🏻🍼💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

The April class is currently full, putting yourself on the waitlist is encouraged to allow for the potential of adding a second class or other plans charging! Please fill out the form for future classes as well!

We wrapped up TWO wonderful groups of our level 1 postnatal class last week, which concludes level 1 for 2025. I have met and gotten to know so many amazing moms through these classes and cannot wait to help more of you move through recovery and feel more like yourself post baby! See you in 2026 for our next level 1 class!
