🌿 Phase 1: Safety & Stabilization

In the first phase, the focus is on creating a sense of safety and stability. This is about learning coping skills to manage stress and emotions. This phase is not something to be rushed—building a solid foundation sets the stage for Phase 2&3.

🌿 Phase 2: Processing the Trauma

Once the foundation is built, the focus shifts to exploring and processing the trauma. This phase involves working through the difficult emotions and memories associated with your past experiences, at your own pace.

🌿 Phase 3: Integration & Maintenance

This phase is about taking everything you’ve worked on and integrating it into your life in a meaningful way. It’s not just about healing the past, but creating space for a new future that feels aligned with your true self.

Feeling stuck in talk therapy? You might understand your patterns intellectually but still struggle to feel real change. That’s because trauma and stress aren’t just in your mind - they live in your body too, shaping your nervous system, emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.

True healing goes beyond talking, which is why I integrate cognitive, emotional and somatic therapies to support both body and mind.

🌿Somatic therapies enhance mindfulness and release physical tension and trauma stored in the body.

🌿 Attachment-Focused therapy addresses trauma rooted in early relationships, helping rebuild trust, develop secure relationships, and heal relational wounds.

🌿 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) supports safety, stability, and emotional regulation, as well as processing distressing or “stuck” memories, reducing their emotional charge.

🌿 Cognitive therapy helps with identifying and challenging outdated thought patterns and developing a more balanced outlook.
