Spring is approaching quickly but not quickly enough for my liking.
I need to feel my bare feet in the grass and smell flowers.
This time of year can present with alot of stuck energy. With the unpredictable unpleasant mix of rain wet snow cold mud and everything in-between it can be hard to get outside.
If the sun is shining try to stand or sit in front of a window for 5 or more minutes, close your eyes and feel the sun on you. Take deep slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel how the air moves through your body. This should help clear some negative energy and leave you feeling a little more rejuvenated.
