Join us for the launch of Meditation & Breathwork classes with facilitator Tracy Mullin right here at Bridge to Wellness Centre in Peterborough!

Starting Saturday, November 1st, Tracy will be offering a balanced and grounding schedule for both beginners and those with more experience.

Here’s your first-day lineup:
🧘‍♀️ 11:00 AM: Beginner Meditation (Restorative, Gentle Grounding)
🧘‍♀️ 1:00 PM: Intermediate Meditation (Reflective, Self-Inquiry)
🌬️ 3:00 PM: Beginner Breath Work (Foundational, Nervous System Reset)

Choose a class that best suits you!

Tracy’s approach is gentle, trauma-sensitive, and focused on helping you move from overwhelm into clarity and peace. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or any other items you need to get perfectly comfortable!

Limited spots are available (max 10 participants per class) to ensure a comfortable and spacious experience.

This homemade elderberry syrup is a fantastic way to capture the benefits of the season and have a natural remedy on hand for the colder months ahead.
