It is my FAVOURITE time of the year!! Where beautiful colours + cool breezes + MAGIC blow into our lives, encouraging TRANSFORMATION!!

Join me for a Full Moon Yoga & Spell Jar workshop in person .ca Friday October 18th!

We will use somatic movement (gentle yoga flows) & breath to ground us and clear our minds + guided meditation to connect deeper within ourselves or perhaps channel loved ones as the veil between our world and Spirit is very thin right now!

We will create our jars of protection or abundance with a beautiful ritual and cut any energetic cords of attachment to people, places, situations or energies with a candle ceremony.

No experience is necessary, simply arrive with curiosity & an open heart!

Yoga mats, props and supplies are all provided. Maybe bring a journal & pen so you can record any messages that come through for you.
