Regular therapeutic massage is a supportive and restorative measure that you can take to maintain physical and mental well-being. For seniors in particular, this remarkable therapy supports recovery from setbacks as well as resilience in the face of daily stresses.

The purpose of our business at its simplest level, is to provide massage therapy to the residents of the retirement community. But it also provides them with many more benefits to go along with the massage. Each treatment gives them one on one, unhurried companionship. It provides the client with touch - an entity that is greatly lacking for some of them. It eases their aches and pains, while helping them relax. And it helps them maintain their movement and lifestyle while staving off immobility - which in turn helps with their mood, mindset and overall well-being.

We provide massage therapy to residents either in their own room or in a designated massage room. In the massage room, clients get treated on a massage table. In their own rooms, clients can choose from a variety of options in order to meet their needs. They can have a massage on a portable massage table that we bring with us, or in their own bed or chair. Where the massage is performed depends on the mobility and preference of each individual client.

The physical and emotional contact provided by a massage produces results that benefit people of all ages and all states of health. A regular massage can greatly increase quality of life, allowing the recipient to feel healthier, rejuvenated and more balanced.
