I’m so excited to join the Willow space as a yoga + Pilates guide. In addition to movement classes, I’m a Reiki practitioner and sound bowl healer.

My approach blends movement, energy work, and stillness—creating space for deep connection, strength, and healing. I guide with compassion, clarity, and thoughtfulness.

I’m also a single mom who finds joy in nature, peace in breath, and empowerment through movement. I believe in meeting people where they are and holding space for growth in all its forms.

Dissolve stress, improve joint mobility, increase flexibility & unwind your mind!

Yin yoga is a series of seated and reclined postures, held for 3-5 minutes, that target the deepest connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, shoulders, and spine.

Unlike more active (yang) forms of yoga, which lengthen and contract the muscles, yin yoga focuses on supporting joints, ligaments and even bones; improving balance + increasing circulation + reducing pain + relaxing the nervous system + unlocking tension for better flexibility and supporting muscle recovery from more active movement practices.

Breathwork and guided meditation are sprinkled into each class to support a calm mind, release tension, improve physical performance and increase energy.

This is a solution-focused workshop to help women get ahead of the dreaded winter skin care woes.

Willow is beyond excited to welcome back the amazing Brenda McMorrow into our space for a workshop "Inspiration Through Expression"

Join singer/songwriter/sacred music artist Brenda McMorrow in creating more space and inspiration for your unique voice to emerge! Let’s sing and play as children do!

We will share fun and supportive group sounding exercises; Sanskrit mantras, as well as songs in English (and some easy to learn Spanish); visualizations/meditations for the throat chakra and more!

We will uncover and rediscover the creativity and freedom that lives within all of us in a safe and deeply connection-filled space.

No singing experience is required. You were born with your own unique instrument and we are honoured to have you as part of this special blend of voices!

In this workshop we will:
🌸Cultivate a sense of relaxation and presence through visualization/meditation 🌸Share in movement and rhythm that encourages easeful vocalization.
🌸Experience joyful and supportive sounding exercises and improvisations
🌸Enjoy reflection exercises and the opportunity to share in a supportive listening space

Hannah graduated from Breathe Yoga’s 300-hour Teacher Training in 2017, and has completed additional certifications in Pilates, Yin, Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, accessible yoga and more.
Hannah teaches yoga and mindfulness online, in schools and to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Hannah loves yoga and is delighted to be able to share this practice with others.

If you're curious, but not-so-sure, about yoga or Pilates, we've got your back. We’re a friendly (and beginner-friendly) yoga and Pilates studio in Peterborough, Ontario. We're experts at guiding the not-so-sure, and the kinda-nervous, into the world of yoga and Pilates, and introducing you to your new 🌟favorite🌟 activity!

Yoga, Fitness and Pilates in Peterborough’s West End

While Willow provides high quality yoga, Pilates and fitness classes for all stages and abilities, we’re experts in movement for pregnancy, postpartum, 50+ and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Our pre-registered class model means that you pay upfront for a set of 7 weekly classes, allowing you to carve out time for self-care. Once you’ve scheduled it in, it's easier to honour that commitment and get to class each week. Have to miss a class? We offer up to two complimentary make ups.

We run six 7-week sessions throughout the year, with some break weeks in-between. You choose a class that fits your schedule and goals, and commit to that class each week for 7 weeks.
