Supported in consultation with Five Counties Children's Centre

This 4-week yoga series is back and invites children of all ages and abilities to move, play, and connect through music, imagination, and fun. Classes are designed to support flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation—while building body awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Led by Angela, a certified teacher of children with special needs and a parent of a child with a disability, these classes are taught from the heart with compassion, understanding, and lived experience. A safe, supportive, and joyful space for every child

Wednesdays: Feb 25, Mar 4, 11, 25 (no class during March Break)

As you settle into deeply supportive postures, we will use soft, intuitive touch to stimulate 3-4 of your body’s vital Marma points—the intersections where mind, body, and emotions meet. This massage acts as a bridge to the nervous system, shifting you into a deeply restful state.

Midday Reset is a 30-minute, guided meditation designed to ground your mind, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself.
Each session is unique—guided by the energy of the day—offering a blend of gentle breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness practices to bring you back to center. Whether you’re seeking clarity, rest, or a mindful pause, you’re invited to come as you are and receive what you need.

Meditation is a powerful tool to support your overall well-being—it can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and promote better sleep. Regular practice also enhances body awareness, making it a perfect complement to your yoga, Pilates, or other movement practices.

All levels welcome—no prior meditation experience needed. Option to bring your journal for reflection.

The practices of Yoga and Pilates can be adapted to benefit everyone, and all are welcome at our studio. We strive to offer a variety of classes to support the diversity of the Peterborough community, including Yoga for 50+, Prenatal-Friendly classes, Yoga for Children with Special Needs, and many beginner-friendly classes.

Our studio is on the ground level and wheelchair- and stroller-accessible. Plenty of parking is also available. We have two gender-neutral washrooms.

Breastfeeding is welcome. Our larger washroom is equipped with a change table and a diaper genie, and we also have a quiet nook with a nursing pillow for more privacy.

We recognize that people practice yoga for many reasons, including fitness, relaxation, spiritual enlightenment, stress relief, healing, or connecting with community, and we respect all motivations for coming to our studio. We strive to employ instructors with a variety of backgrounds so that you can find the right fit for your personal goals.

The Willow Studio has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination, and reserves the right to ask someone to leave if the safety of our community is threatened. Please be kind and respectful to each other.

Yoga, Fitness and Pilates in Peterborough’s West End

While Willow provides high quality yoga, Pilates and fitness classes for all stages and abilities, we’re experts in movement for pregnancy, postpartum, 50+ and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Our pre-registered class model means that you pay upfront for a set of 7 weekly classes, allowing you to carve out time for self-care. Once you’ve scheduled it in, it's easier to honour that commitment and get to class each week. Have to miss a class? We offer up to two complimentary make ups.

We run six 7-week sessions throughout the year, with some break weeks in-between. You choose a class that fits your schedule and goals, and commit to that class each week for 7 weeks.
