A one-day, 5-hour instructor training designed for certified yoga, Pilates & fitness instructors ready to take their teaching off the mat and onto the water.

This is a reflection of everything we’ve learned over the last decade>> movement, connection, confidence, and community.

Our Baby-Friendly Reformer Pilates is designed for you
slow, supportive, & built to help you reconnect with your body after birth.

This isn’t about bouncing back.
It’s about gently rebuilding strength, reconnecting to your core & pelvic floor, and feeling like you again… one movement at a time.

This Poolhouse Pilates concept is built from our 140+ 5⭐️ downtown community, & bringing it here feels really special. Congrats .x.sarah!!!

We’re running this as a spring pilot (April + May + a couple weeks of June)

Classes will run Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings with Sarah 💛 & we are building out the schedule with plans for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Regular reformer passes valid.
Classes are all levels!
