🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Your health is in your hands — literally. One of the most empowering steps you can take is to become familiar with your own body. Regular breast self-checks at home can help you notice changes early, when they are most treatable. 💕

✨ A holistic approach to women’s health means listening to your body, nurturing balance, and practicing preventative care. Along with regular check-ups and screenings with your healthcare provider, self-awareness is key.

🔎 When doing a self-check, look and feel for:
✔ Changes in size, shape, or skin texture
✔ New lumps, thickening, or swelling
✔ Changes in the ni**le or discharge

💗 Remember: Most changes are not cancer, but it’s important to bring anything new or unusual to your doctor’s attention.

Let’s use this month as a reminder to slow down, care for ourselves, and encourage the women in our lives to do the same. 🌸
