IMPORTANT/FAQ
* Patient must have massage therapy benefits, and a plan that allows for direct billing from a massage therapist, as some plans require that you submit your own claim.

* Doctors prescriptions are needed by some plans in order to allow for direct billing, check with your company ahead of time.

* Doctors Prescriptions are good for a year period only, then you are required to get another for massage.

* I cannot see the amount that remains in your account with your insurance company. There are many privacy restrictions, all I am able to see and do on your behalf is submit a claim under your name, payable to myself, or yourself for the service performed at that time, with your permission.

It’s not guaranteed that direct billing will work when you come for a treatment so always be prepared coming to your first appointment of the possibility to pay for your service and submit your own claim until we know if direct billing is an option for you.

It’s so hard to believe that May is 8 years since I officially passed my board exams and became Licensed in this field. 10 years of Massaging (including school), 8 years owning my business, and 2 hand surgeries later; I’m so beyond thankful for all this profession has brought to me. I’m so blessed to have such amazing clients who support me and my business, and hope to have a long career ahead 🫶🏼 Baby Sydney in 2015 had no idea the challenges that would come within the healthcare field, running a business (throughout a pandemic at that), and what my own body would endure throughout the last 10 years but it’s been worth every second🥹

Hey Everyone,
Sorry I’ve been MIA, it’s been an interesting summer to say the least with these surgeries. Thankfully I have had both carpal tunnel releases done, although my second later then planned. Originally I planned to be back this month, although I am only 3 weeks out from my last surgery. So all of my September appointments will be rescheduled (I will reach out).
That being said, I am planning on coming back in October 🫶🏼
I will be coming back with a reduced schedule until I’m sure my body and hands can handle it, so 3 clients a day for a few weeks instead of 5-8 (probably what got me in this mess so young 😅).
Please bear with me as I return, I’m praying I’ll be back good as new before too long, but I have to admit I am nervous after going through these surgeries as I didn’t realise the toll it would take on my hands and my strength, I knew they were in rough shape but I think I downplayed just how bad.
I miss all of you and I apologize for being out so long. I hope everyone has been managing and getting other treatment need be 🤍
