‼️ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

I have been collaborating with Archway since 2018, when I was asked to do a talk at the Petrolia clinic for their patients. It was on Stress Management, and it was a full house.

Since then I have co-managed patient cases with their amazing team of physiotherapists (including pelvic floor physio), and massage therapists. Now I am thrilled to announce that I have officially joined their team!

I will continue to offer a hybrid model of care including BOTH virtual and essential in person patient visits. Moving forward, all in person visits in Petrolia will now be at the Archway Health and Sport Services Clinic at 4130 Glenview Road, Suite #4. 🎉

When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. 🙌

I absolutely LOVE helping women feel more like themselves! Today I had so many patients who were told they were “fine” but didn’t feel anywhere close to fine. My job is to meet them where they’re at, and journey with them towards better health. And I just love starting this process time and time again 💕

It doesn’t have to be a complicated feast every night. I like it keep it simple, quick, and use whole foods. Bonus - when it’s ✅ toddler approved! ⁠

+ Ground chicken⁠
+ Spinach⁠
+ Sweet potatoes + cinnamon⁠
+ Quinoa⁠
+ Pumpkin seeds ⁠
+ Raisins⁠
+ Balsamic Vinegar ⁠

Throw it all together in a bowl - done and done! This recipe is from meal plans I use with my patients to help them achieve their health goals. Meal time doesn’t have to be fancy, it just has to work for you and your family!⁠

All prenatals are not created equal! That’s why choosing the one on sale might not actually be the best “deal”. I’m all about finding good deals, if you know me, you know that’s true. BUT when it comes to the nutrients you are putting into your body when preparing to create life, quality DOES matters! That’s why I keep a list of the “must haves” handy when it comes to looking for prenatals and making sure you are taking the right one for your individual needs!

What to look for:
✅B vitamins in their active form (so your body can actually use them!) think ⬇️ nausea and ⬆️ energy.
✅ Proper type of folate NOT folic acid (this one is so important it should have been listed first!) because again, we need your body to be able to use it!
✅ Proper dosages, like Vitamin D at 1000 IU
✅ High quality absorbable iron (⬇️ nausea/constipation)
🚫No dyes or additives

It’s important to note that this probably doesn’t all fit into one capsule, because there just isn’t enough room! Spacing throughout the day also helps you absorb more, which means you’re not just making expensive urine Questions? DM me.

💐FIRST DAY💐
I am still so overwhelmed by the huge welcome to the Strathroy community that I received yesterday! From colleagues to patients, family and friends - thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏
It was a huge leap to expand my practice, and offer my services to an even larger area, but I couldn’t be more excited!
If you are in the Strathroy area and want to learn more about what the clinic or Naturopathic Medicine has to offer- stay tuned for an upcoming event!
Also a shoutout to - in a new location, i couldn’t help but bring a bit of my hometown with me for my first day. Thank you for the dress that reminded me of where I came from (literally two doors down from my Petrolia office), and helped to keep me grounded. 🌟
