✅ Information for our patients and community ✅

Lambton Public Health has issued notices for children and youth outstanding for required immunizations. If not followed up, this could result in school suspension.
In Ontario, reporting is the responsibility of the guardian. If public health requires confirmation of vaccination, our office can provide patients with a print out. If vaccines are required, please contact the office to set an appointment to schedule so compliance can be achieved. Additional resources will be shared to our page today to help families through this process.

Due to weather and illness, we are experiencing reduced provider availability today. Thank you for your patience, as wait times may be longer than normal. If you would like to be seen at a scheduled time, please call Wyoming Rural Access to Care at 519-704-5003.

12/29/2025

Dec 29, 30 (full days) and 31 (morning only), physician and nurse practitioner s are seeing patients on a walk in basis. The phones will be off, just walk in to the clinic to be seen. You may not be seeing your physician as we are taking patients in by the order they arrive. The reason this is done between Christmas and the New Year is to help access. If you are need of a prescription renewal, please contact your pharmacy who can assist with the process.
The Wyoming Access to Care Clinic will be open the same hours but their regular process remains to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, not walk in.
