Just a reminder for our patients to check the expiry date on your MCP Card. If expired, you may renew online or print a renewal form and fax to MCP.

Without a VALID MCP, you will be required to pay for your visit.

Now that we are no longer required to wear masks, our clinic does ask patients who have cough, cold or flu like symptoms to please continue to wear a mask when attending our clinic.
