It’s time to release Spinal Energetics — not because it wasn’t powerful, but because it served its purpose. It shaped me, taught me, strengthened me, and now I carry its wisdom forward in a new way.

The energy on Earth is shifting — we feel it in our bodies and see it all around us. Many of my clients say they’re overwhelmed, and rightfully so.

When fear, looping thoughts, and anxiety rise, the most practical, powerful action is simple: ground into your body every day. Bring your energy back home so you have the bandwidth to process — not absorb — what you pick up from the collective.

If someone you love is in crisis, you don’t have to solve it. Be the steady presence. Say: “I see you. That’s heavy. I’m here.” Hold the space without taking their energy as yours. That steadiness helps more than you know.
