A moment of gratefulness 🍁🙏🏼 Happy Thanksgiving. May your day be filled this with peaceful serenity, your bellies mindfully full with scrumptious food and your soul brimming with laughs and some deep exhales. Let’s not forget to cheer to for our dear Blue Jays 🎉 Go! Go! Go!

A journal entry this week is all about the quality of gentle appreciation. I am thankful for family moments and this wonderful community. I took a good stroll down the lake for a healthy dose of fresh air mother nature gives us. This quality of presence at times gets lost amidst the hectic and sometimes messy chaos called life. Taking a moment to slow down isn’t always present in our day to day. Inspired by a soul sister and mentor, Christine,
I created a photo on my phone called “slow down”.

I started dropping in photos and screenshots of photos that make me smile and give that pep of encouragement. Little notes or texts from friends, family, clients… there may be one in there from you 😊

A sacred pause that is needed when I forget how far I have gone in my own healing journey and for the moments I feel low or discombobulated. When I need to breathe in gratitude because it feels hard to access in a moment. Or the moments when a friend is just not available for a call or text.

This is a collection of a comforting words, thoughts and inspiration that is a click away for that needed uplift.

Inside this album I saw a picture my best friend took when we were on vacation in the Philippines . That’s the posted picture above ⬆️

May it be an inspiration for you to create your own album or create a collection of gentle reminders to get flow back into your heart frequency, back to your sovereignty, back to your “Atman” - true self.

Wishing you a moment of solace to cultivate kindness and a spark of joy. May it support you when you drop in for a pause today. (See the heart diffuser blend in the comments.)

Happy 🌕 Harvest 🍁Full Moon.
Transformational and empowerment energy are abound.
I invite you to try a simple yoga practice.
Moments of introspection and meditation with these simple thought prompts:
🍃 What is in my life story that I want to forgive?
🍁 What is the power I want to take back that I gave away to others?
🍂What are the microsteps that I am going to do to embody transformation which I will carry forward until the end of the year and welcome 2026 with powerful change?
The Mudra (had seal) during meditation is called the Bhu Mudra. It will support connecting one to the energy of the earth and heavens.
