I am a registered Holistic Nutritionist, Kids Yoga Teacher and an Aromatherapy enthusiast. My experience as a mom and Nutritionist in today’s fast-paced, fast-food society has drawn out my passion for helping others achieve great health and wellness by providing support and offering a realistic and sustainable solution to clients personal health concerns. Through playful yoga, I teach children about mindfulness, body awareness and help to increase self-esteem and confidence. I am looking for people to help me fill my case study requirements.
