A steady rhythm supports coordination and brings the room into sync. Moving together can calm the nervous system and nurture a shared sense of community.

When we move in time with music, the regions of the brain that help coordinate motion respond to rhythm.
This supports proprioception — our ability to sense where the body is in space — and helps movement feel more cohesive and intuitive.

a note from Cait… on TRAVEL + MOVEMENT

Before shifting to a life in movement, I spent 10 years working in travel. Those years taught me a lot about how people move through the world. How slowing down can open everything up. The beauty of shared meals, unhurried mornings, and the rhythm of unfamiliar places.

I learned that when we give ourselves time, connection follows. And when we make space, presence meets us where we are 📍

What a JOY it’s been to bring these parts of my life together 🌀

Last year, with small and steady steps, Sofia and I began leading movement retreats far from home — first in Greece, then in Tuscany — each one guiding us back to a deeper sense of home within ourselves and our community. They were life changing. These experiences carried that same spaciousness and care, showing how transformative it can be to pause together and let the days unfold, especially in movement.

In just over seven months, we’ll be in Portugal 🇵🇹

A small group, the ocean close by, time unfolding at its own pace.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your gentle nudge. There are only a few rooms remaining, and it would be such an honour to guide you there.
