Please stop worrying about your posture. I will say this until I’m blue in the face 🙂 the best posture is the next one. Stop rolling your shoulders back and jamming your thoracic spine into extension. Get up, walk around. Grab a drink of water. Close your eyes and take long inhales and exhales, and get on with your day.

Exciting news!I will be starting schooling online and part time in person to study to become an Manual Osteopath! I feel so called to this methodology of treatment thought process, assessment, and outcomes.

I can’t wait! I will still be working full time as an RMT in Prince Edward County. Eventually I will be looking for people to let me practice Osteopathic techniques on them at my home.
