One Place To Be

Sometimes we are being invited to "look" more deeply at the world around us, beyond our five senses.

Saturday was one such day for me. I was obsessed with this one cloud and after photo play and a couple days in between, a wonder-full discovery was made!

Magic and wonder are all around us, waiting to be "seen"! 💫

I have been experiencing my inner world more often and more deeply over the last week. I even had a couple unbelievably quiet and still meditations sitting in the woods of the fairy trail. They have actually been grey, dull, dreary, incredibly still and foggy weather days, with a lack of energy and drive to do anything. So I surrendered into being and am experiencing the void or the realm of creative potential in a whole new, expanded and heart tingling way! Creativity flowed from this space with grace and so much peace.)))

You are magnificent and I love you all so much! 💛

Good morning beautiful friends! I was enjoying watching the winds in the tree tops and gentle rains falling. Nature called me to come play and co-create! Awe ... the ebb and flow of the change in seasons. A time for letting go of what wants to fall away and turning our energy inward.

What a spectacular day yesterday! Photo fun with the Sun's light codes, co-creation with nature, Nature Collage (posted separately) and a meditation swim with whales and dolphins with my online tribe, leaving me forever changed and expanded! Feeling grateful for this go-with-the flow day! 😍💫

There are moments each day, that ignite child-like wonder and joy, which feel truly magical!

A piece of art, a song, a movie, encounters with nature may send tingles through us, uncontrollable laughter, tears or invite spontaneous movement.

For example, while driving in my car the other day, I saw a sign that said "banana pudding". Pretty random! It ignited such an amazing child-like sparkling within me... erupting into giggles! You know what I'm making today! lol

These random magical things touch our heart, the part of us we have learned to build walls around. As we grow older-younger, more present and open to possibilities, healing begins and the walls begin to crumble.

What if we are returning to the children we came here to be!?

Is anyone else experiencing this? It feels like ALL the feelings are being felt at once! It is almost like there are two separate waves continually crashing upon us, one after the other. This has always been our experience however, the space between both feels more obvious and closer than ever!

These feelings, which are energy, can be tangibly felt in the body with angst and heaviness one moment, then quickly shifting to excited tingling the next!

One wave with intense feelings that really don't feel good - irritation, anger, sadness, grief, separateness, insignificance, etc.

The next wave filled with full-on feelings full of vitality - connection, gratitude, joy, hope, purpose, creativity, play and more!

What if we are re-learning our first language... the one before words and thoughts got in the way? Neither spectrum of feelings is right or wrong, good or bad. Along the way, most of us learned judge, distract from or change them. What if they are simply showing up to be felt?

What if we notice, feel and allow them to wash over and through us without judgement? This certainly is not easy or comfortable!

I see you! I hear you! I feel you, as we navigate these times side by side. Thank you for being here.
