Change can be hard and I wanted to make this transition as easy as possible, seeing it is such short notice for clients.

The SAGE building is filled with like minded practitioners (therapists, yoga, Bowen, naturopaths..) and I think we will really enjoy this space…once we get over the hiccups of change 😉

NEW PROTOCOLS:

Please enter QUIETLY through the main doors (red) and head directly UPSTAIRS.
There is a small waiting area up there where you can sit until I call you in, as my treatment room door will remain closed until your appointment time.

This is a SHARED SPACE with many practitioners who require a quiet environment, so noise levels in the halls must be kept minimal and even within the treatment room, volumes must be moderate/low as it is an old house and sound travels.

I will do my best to limit exterior noise from bothering us, but we have to do our part to not bother others as well.

***Sadly this new space DOES HAVE STAIRS so if you have mobility issues, you will need to consider this moving forward. ***

I know, it’s very short notice! 🥴Trust me, I KNOW! Lol

But I believe that a New Year brings adventure, possibilities, excitements, challenges, and most of all CHANGE! So I chose a short timeline to start the year fresh 🥰

We had a great run at the Spectacle Shoppe. I am so grateful the Dr. Prinzen was willing to open up her space to me when I had no where else to go. My intention was never to stay permanently, but here we are, 4 years later! I think it is finally time to give her the space back.

And although I don’t have the perfect location lined up…sh*t, I don’t have ANY location lined up lol..I do know deep down that I will land on my feet and find a location that works for us. Even if the first stop is only temporary, on our way to bigger things. ❤️

If you have suggestions on a space that might work, please message.

Now excepting NEW PATIENTS for this treatment.

TO BE NOTED: at this time I am only able to work on “intact” lymphatic systems, meaning if you have had lymph nodes removed, heart or kidney issues, I can’t treat you at this time.
And please, if you go somewhere else make sure that they are PROPERLY TRAINED to work
with these conditions. Although the treatment is very light, the impacts on the body are large and forcing “cars towards are car crash” only creates a bigger problem.

BE SAFE OUT THERE! People are taking single day courses and calling themselves therapists. Do your due diligence before booking if you have ANY health concerns. 🤗

Not only am I offering this new service…it is open to NEW PATIENTS!!!!

That’s right! After 5+ years of not taking on any new patients, the doors have finally opened in the form of LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to offer these new patients regular massage therapy at this time but if you have stress, chronic pain, acute bruising/swelling, headaches, chronically sick…then this treatment is for you!!

Lymph treatments differ from reg massage in the way that they are oil free, gentle, methodical and done mostly on the front side of the body (since that’s where the majority of your lymph nodes live)
