There are many people feeling like life is pushing them, challenging them, and at times, leaving them feeling completely unsure. In those moments of not knowing what step to take next, it’s easy to feel lost or overwhelmed. But even in those moments, there is always a way back to center—back to your heart and your knowing.

For me, it’s a practice of stillness. I find peace in the silence, in listening to my inner voice. I sing, I drum, I dance, I pray, I journal, I get outside, I go to the water or the forest. These simple acts of connection bring me back to the essence of who I am and remind me of the power within.
