February is Heart Health Month!

Join the team from New Glasgow’s One Door Chronic Disease Management Clinic on Friday, Feb. 13 for a free, drop-in heart health event at the New Glasgow Walmart. Stop by to have your blood pressure checked and chat with a registered nurse, dietitian, and social worker about practical ways to support your heart health.

High blood pressure is often called a “silent” risk factor, many people don’t know it’s an issue until it’s checked. This event is open to anyone who wants to learn more, ask questions, or take a few minutes to check in on their health.
