Registration is Now Open for those needing support this year from the Pictou County Christmas Fund.

You can register ONLINE at https://pictoucountychristmasfund.ca/Registration or in-person at any Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library location in Pictou County. (New Glasgow, Trenton, Stellarton, Westville, Pictou, and River John)

The deadline to register for assistance is November 28th 2025.

Applications for the Heating Assistance Rebate Program open today! You could receive $400 to go towards your heating costs, and you can apply once, up until March 31st, 2026.

If you need any assistance, give our centre a call, and we can book you in with our community health worker.

To apply at our office, all adults in your home need to be present to sign, and you need your SIN's. Additional supporting documents may be needed, on a case-by-case basis.

Our 8-week "Lunch & Learn" workshop is a safe and supportive space to enhance your self-esteem, boost your mental wellness, and connect with other incredible women.

It's time to build a new chapter filled with empowerment and self-love!

This program is fully funded through Employment and Social Development Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program.
