Reiki on a donkey.
Thanks to an acquaintance, I have begun practicing reiki on equines - donkeys and horses. (This photos reminds me of him and he is a real joy.) I want to learn more via hands on and good old fashioned book learning.

Tablet art. Subject? My cat; a wee creature who makes me laugh outloud and amazes me with his intelligence. How generous of him to pose for me 😇🤣
It takes practice to work with time constraints and distractions. I am a Therapeutic Touch (another energy modality) volunteer on the Palliative Care floor where TVs are on, family members watch me as I provide my service... There is always some 'performance anxiety'. But even in the most hurried situations, I connect.

I found this owl in the middle of the road. It was heart warming to meet the young couple who are part of the Hope For Wildlife Provincial network. I delivered the owl to them and from there they drove over Mount Thom to Truro where another continued the journey.
Let's hope the owl survived.
