Polarity Therapy is a holistic system that balances the body’s "electromagnetic" energy through four main pillars: bodywork, yoga-style exercise, nutrition, and self-awareness. The client remains clothed during the 60 minute session.
It is based on the idea that health is a flow of energy between positive and negative poles; when this flow is blocked, illness or pain occurs.

I am currently studying Polarity Therapy at École de Polarité Michaël Plamondon and am seeking candidates for home-based case studies.

Polarity Therapy is a gentle energetic "tune-up" that uses varying touch—from light pressure to hands hovering—to unblock the body's natural energy fields. Unlike traditional Swedish massage, this practice focuses on re-balancing energy to reduce stress and physical tension.

For a modest case study fee, each 90-minute appointment includes a 30-minute assessment and 60 minutes of therapy. Candidates remain fully clothed. Available sessions include:

- Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, & Ether Exploration: Identifying energy blockages.
- Chakra Harmonizing: Balancing endocrine glands.
- Ether Session: Addressing joint issues or spiritual distancing.
- Fire-Ram Session: Improving sleep, vitality, and managing anger.
