Hi!
My name is Paula.
I am an intuitive empath, nature lover and wanna be herbalist and professional native plant gardener.
Been studying and using medicinal plants in southern Alberta for about 15 years-it all started with trying to help my sons excema and it grew from there! I have been fortunate enough to learn some sacred knowledge from our First Nations elders right here in southern Alberta, working for an Archeology company, online courses and with my BA degree in which Native American Studies was my major.
I am a Reiki Master, Tarot card reader, and couples therapist (Gottman Method)
Been a Registered Nurse since 1995 and have worked in education, addiction, mental health, Long Term Care, psychogeriatrics, acute Psychiatry, palliative care and worked both reserves in the area. I also worked for a Psychiatrist helping people with diet, nutrition and exercise plans.
I am also certified through my RN licensing body in guided imagery, therapeutic touch, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and guided meditation.

Camping is a great way to unplug from social media, emails, etc.

But heck, we are fortunate enough to live in a beautiful place that we don't need to travel for hours just to go camping.

It's as simple as powering off your phone, leave it at home, put it on "Do Not Disturb" mode, or take a wee break from social media and GET OUTSIDE!

Enjoy watching the storms roll over the mountains and through the prairies, and reconnect with nature.
