One step at a Time O.T. is opening a new clinic in Langley in November! With a brand new team of O.T.s! New spots are available!

My company was founded in 2023 and aims to support children, teens and young adults (up to 21 years old), and their families, with a family-centered approach!

Welcome to One step at a time Occupational Therapy! As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, I provide services in English and in French to children aged from 2 to 18 years of age. My Clinic is located in Pitt Meadows, and I offer support to all families located in the Greater Vancouver Area.

For the next few days, learn a little bit more about what a Pediatric Occupational Therapist can work on with your child!

Another very important part of our work is supporting children's sensory differences and processing skills, by exploring with them different strategies to self-regulate and by helping them find the ones that suit them the best! Keep in mind that every child is unique and strategies differ from one person to another - even if the root of the sensory difference is the same!

Bilateral coordination skills are important in order to gain autonomy in our Activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, eating, playing with friends for example! I really enjoy developing these skills through my play-based approach!
