Fall is my favourite season. A time for changes, crisp air, warm sweaters, and spicy lattes. It is also busy. Back to school, sports, new routines, Holiday shopping. It is easy to loose yourself in it.

Or as us working parents like to call it… bring your kid to work day because you are juggling 10 weeks of kids at home and between summer camps, play dates, and grandparents, sometimes there just aren’t any other options. Namaste. 🥴

It never gets old to me. After 17 years and so so many babies, it is this moment right here that makes my heart sing.

This perfect little life in my arms.

I am so honoured to get to share this journey with clients. Every new family leaves an imprint on my heart. I am humbled and awed at these beautiful souls that open their lives and stories to me. Thank you for sharing yourselves with me and giving me the gift of witnessing your journey.

Mama’s I see you. Mother, wife, partner, friend, daughter, boss… we often put other people’s needs before our own. Self care is hard to carve out. It’s hard.

You are important too. You deserve to take up space and time as much as the people around you. Your children deserve to see you modelling self-care. Your physical and mental health matter.
Whether it is taking that nap, getting to that yoga class, or coming for a massage.

I have decided to increase my days and hours to accommodate all your requests.
