- canned fruit & vegetables
- canned tomatoes
- boost & ensure

- meal in a tin (chilli, soup, ravioli, stews, baked beans)

Think of recovery like guiding your body back to feeling safe again. Gentle movement helps keep things active, staying consistent with your exercises builds progress, and good sleep and nutrition support healing more than people realize. Pay attention to early discomfort, adjust when needed, and keep your physio in the loop.

What to avoid: pushing through sharp pain, skipping rest when your body’s asking for it, relying only on stretching, comparing your recovery to anyone else’s, or stopping your exercises the moment you feel a little better.

Here’s your gentle nudge from your wellness team 👋

If you sit a lot, move every hour. Your joints and muscles will thank you.

And before you train, take a few minutes to warm up and activate. It makes a real difference.
