I love seeing the overall improvement in patients when they thought, or were told there, was nothing that could be done to help them. The power of the body to heal itself is amazing and sometimes through life we just get a little stuck (well our spine does) and when we get things moving and back to normal, we just sit back and watch the body heal.

14 Years of Chiropractic Care… and the Same Reaction Every Time! 🫢

Meet Eileen, one of my incredible long-time patients here at Harris Road Chiropractic in Pitt Meadows, BC.

For almost 14 years, Eileen has been coming in for regular Chiropractic adjustments. Over that time she has experienced the powerful benefits of keeping her spine and nerve system functioning the way the body was designed.

But what makes Eileen extra special in our office is her reaction after a great adjustment.

Almost every single time she gets adjusted, she looks up and says…

After nearly a decade and a half of care, that reaction never gets old.

Many people think Chiropractic is only about pain relief. While people often start care because something hurts, what keeps them coming back is how much better they move, function, and feel when their body is working the way it was meant to.

Eileen is a perfect example of that.

Meet Janna… Porfirio’s girlfriend.

Yesterday I shared Porfirio’s story. Today I want to share Janna’s story and how she began her own chiropractic journey.

Janna had been coming into the office every week with Porfirio while he was getting adjusted. She would sit nearby, smiling, supportive, watching his progress.

Whenever I asked how she was doing, she always said she was fine.

But one day I could see she wasn’t. I could see something wasn’t right and as it turned out she had a really bad headache, and it was written all over her face.

So I asked her again, “How are you really doing today?”

This time, as we talked a little more, the truth came out. Janna had actually been suffering with headaches for a long time, and on that particular day the pain was especially intense.

So I asked her a simple question.

“Would you like me to adjust you?”

She said yes.

In this video, you’ll see how I adjust Janna, and you’ll also hear her share her experience and what happened after that moment.

That day turned out to be a turning point.

Today, Janna is living headache-free and enjoying her life again.

Stories like this are exactly why I’m so passionate about Chiropractic care.

Chiropractic isn’t just about relieving pain. It’s about restoring proper function to the spine and nerve system so the body can work the way it was designed to. When the body functions better, people often begin to feel better too.

Sometimes the biggest changes in life start with something very small.

PARKER SEMINAR LAS VEGAS 2026 🇺🇸🔥

This year’s Parker Seminar in Las Vegas hit different.

Sitting in the room listening to Gary Vaynerchuk speak… and then having the opportunity to meet him… was a powerful reminder that growth never stops.

For those who don’t know, Gary Vee is:

We had a blast last night at the at the “Boots and Babes Ball” and an amazing performance with and the boys! We had a blast.

Some great adjustments for the band before and after the show! 🙌

I was honoured to be invited and to be a part of it.

Thanks to Darren Savard (an incredible lefty guitarist and patient at the office) for making it all happen!

There was definitely some improved posture from the band rockin it during the show! 🤣

This one means a lot.

Baby Charlie came into my office with mom at just 5 weeks old. After only 4 very gentle adjustments, his mom and dad noticed massive improvements. Better feeding. Better sleep. Better bowel movements.

December 16th will always be a special day for me as I graduated from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon back in 2006 with a dream to help people change their lives (just as Chiropractic completely changed mine).

I was given the honour to speak to our graduating class where I passed on some amazing advice that I got from my dad growing up. I’ll never forget that day!

Well… here we are 19 years later and I have a massive practice where I get to adjust literally hundreds of people each and every week and I couldn’t be happier!

Thank you to all my amazing patients for taking an active role in your health and for sharing the incredible stories of your lives changing… one adjustment at a time…it helps my soul.

Cheers to many more years ahead! Ohhh and for those of you who keep asking (and you know who you are 🤣😂) NO, I’m not going anywhere and NO I won’t be retiring any time soon haha…
