I'm Stef, an Expressive Arts Land-based Facilitator, located on the sacred & stolen lands of the Algonquin Anishinaabe territory.
My practice is built on the belief that art is not a commodity - it is a conversation with the land and a somatic return to the self through slow, mindful and present practices that flow from the cognitive to the physical self.
I help people move through disconnection by listening to the rythms of the earth, even when we are indoors.
I wholeheartedly acknowledge that I'm a guest on these lands, and constantly try to move and act accordingly. My work is a continous process of unlearning colonial "productivity and structure" and relearning the mesicine of seasonal flow - through Art.
I am a facilitator, not a therapist (yet). I hold space for your creative wellness (non-clinically).
