Aside from everyday life, this happens often during energy sessions. When certain emotions and thoughts come up, some of us don’t have the tools to deal with them. It becomes a flight or fight kinda situation. My suggestion (in certain cases) close your eyes, take a deep breath, slowly breath out and repeat a few times. Visualize the release of worries and tensions evacuating to the ground. This should create the space for you to listen and observe what’s going on in your mind and body.

How do you deal with difficult thoughts and emotions? Feel free to share below, I’d love to hear about it 😊
