New to ALTA: Beginners Mat Pilates 🧘🏻♀️✨️
Taught by Brigitte from .farmfitness, this Beginner Mat Pilates class is an introduction to the foundational principles of Pilates, focusing on strength, mobility, posture, and breath. Using your own body weight on the mat, we’ll move through controlled, intentional exercises designed to build core stability, improve alignment, and support overall movement quality.
This class is ideal if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to build a strong, safe foundation for your body. Exercises are approachable, adaptable, and taught with clear cues so you can move with confidence and control.
