Welcome to Baby-lates — a gentle, restorative 4-week program designed for new moms and their babies.
Led by Brigitte Hynes-Taylor, Certified Pilates Instructor and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, this series blends mindful movement, postnatal recovery, and community connection in a supportive environment.
Each 45-minute class focuses on:
