Location: Canatara Park, West End of the park, off Sandy Lane -the roundabout then towards the lake - gravel parking lot. Near the Apartments (old boat launching area)

$20 Cash
Class is approximately 45mins to 60mins 🫶

For all classes I suggest using a large blanket to practice on. Water bottle too!
