As we honor this important month, it's essential to recognize both the achievements of the Black community and the challenges that persist, particularly in accessing mental health care. Black youth in Canada face significant barriers to mental health services, often stemming from systemic issues and implicit biases.

This Black History Month, we reaffirm our dedication to breaking down barriers and fostering an environment where every child and youth, regardless of their background, can thrive. By acknowledging these challenges and working collaboratively with our community, we aim to create a more equitable and supportive mental health care system for all.

We’re grateful to Suncor for their $25,000 holiday donation that helped provide 400 $50 gift cards to nearly 200 local families to help with essential needs.💙 This support doubled the value of what families received and made a real difference during a time when many are facing financial pressures.
