Anger don’t get rid of it! We need it. It tells us something is wrong, a need is not being met, or that we need to defend ourselves. Isn’t that amazing that our bodies and emotions can let us know when something’s is wrong for us. Most of us have a very unhealthy relationship with our anger. Some of us get flooded when we are angry and lash out and some of us get quiet and suppressed our anger in order to avoid a potential conflict. It’s time to get in touch with our angry and learn how to use it in a healthy way where we feel heard and get our needs met. It’s time to change how we think and view our anger!
