Any sort of musculoskeletal pain, especially back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, arm and leg pain, nerve pain, pain/discomfort when lifting weights, for programming consulting, program building, personal training, powerlifting coaching, general strength coaching. I hope this message finds you well. As you know, my commitment to providing the highest quality care and support for your barbell sports needs is unwavering.

To continue offering the best possible service, I am making some necessary updates to my practice.

Effective July 15th, 2024, the price for a session will increase from $130 to $150.

This adjustment will allow me to continue growing and improving our services to better serve your needs.

Important Information for Current Patients:

If you are currently receiving treatment, rest assured that you will continue to pay the current rate of $130 per session until your current issue is resolved and you are discharged from physical therapy.

I understand that changes like this can be challenging, and I am here to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty. I look forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Pour continuer à offrir le meilleur service possible, je dois apporter certaines modifications nécessaires à ma pratique.

À partir du 15 juillet 2024, le tarif des séances passera de 130$ à 150$.

Cet ajustement me permettra de continuer à croître et à améliorer nos services afin de mieux répondre à vos besoins.

Si vous recevez actuellement un traitement, soyez assurés que vous continuerez à payer le tarif actuel de 130$ par séance jusqu'à ce que votre problème soit résolu et que vous soyez libéré de la physiothérapie.

People love using age as an excuse; I get it--seems like a really valid one.

But it's not.

Getting into a regular exercise routine is difficult for everyone at any point in their lives, varying levels of difficult--sure--but difficult regardless.

There are no valid excuses. Everyone deserves to find a way to prioritize taking care of themselves.

Be kind and patient with yourself, but don't allow yourself to find a reason not to.

Fascia exists, but the claims made about it are far beyond its relevance.

Believe me, I wish it were as easy as just putting my hands on you and fixing the problem. My life would be so much easier. It'll feel good! Don't get that part wrong. But it's important to be honest about how things work.
