Last week’s Teen Empowerment Workshop was one to remember! We had the pleasure of partnering with the incredible team at Mme L’Ovary, and we couldn’t be more excited about the future of this meaningful collaboration! 💫

Together, we opened up a powerful dialogue on menstrual health and body literacy, diving into the wide variety of menstrual tools available today — the pros, the cons, and the impact that certain chemicals in products can have on our bodies. 🩸✨

Our teens were curious, engaged, and empowered — asking questions and exploring options they never knew existed. 👀
It was a space of discovery, confidence-building, and deepening their connection with their changing bodies.

A heartfelt thank you to Mme L'Ovary for supporting our Week 5 theme of Life Transitions and for bringing your passion and purpose to the room. Your presence was not only informative but truly inspiring!

We’re excited for the final stretch of our journey with these incredible young minds. Let’s keep creating safe, empowering spaces for them to grow. 💛

La semaine dernière, notre atelier d’autonomisation des ados a été un moment fort en partenariat avec l’extraordinaire équipe de Mme L’Ovary 💫
Nous sommes ravis de voir tout le potentiel et l’avenir de cette belle collaboration !

Nous avons abordé un sujet essentiel : la santé menstruelle et la compréhension de son corps. Les ados ont découvert les différentes options de produits menstruels disponibles aujourd’hui – leurs avantages, inconvénients, et l’impact que certains produits chimiques peuvent avoir sur le corps. 🩸✨

Ils et elles ont posé des questions pertinentes, exploré des solutions qu’ils ne connaissaient pas, et surtout, ont appris à faire des choix éclairés. 👀
Ce fut un moment riche en découvertes, en prise de conscience et en confiance.

Un immense merci à Mme L’Ovary d’avoir soutenu notre thème de la semaine 5 : Transitions de vie et d’avoir partagé votre passion et votre savoir avec autant de bienveillance et d’authenticité.

Nous avons hâte de poursuivre cette aventure avec ces jeunes formidables pour la dernière ligne droite du programme 💛
