Chaque grande vision
nous demande de marcher aux côtés de nos peurs.
La peur d’échouer.
La peur de ne pas être vue.
La peur de grandir trop, ou de ne pas être assez.

Et pourtant, sous ces peurs, une certitude silencieuse n’a cessé de m’appeler.

Harvest Moon Meditation
Harvest of the Heart
October’s Harvest Moon is rising, and it’s the perfect time to pause and gather the fruits of our hearts.
Just like the earth offers its final bounty before winter, we can take a moment to notice all the love, growth, and lessons that have ripened within us.
The moments of joy and connection, the challenges that taught us resilience, the small victories and quiet discoveries that have shaped who we are.
In this guided meditation, we’ll honor our personal harvest, open to gratitude, and let the moon’s light fill our hearts with abundance and peace as we allow the vibrations of the sound bowls to transport us to our inner realm.
I invite you to join me in this mystical moment and let your heart’s harvest nourish your soul.

The Harvest Moon does not follow the rhythm of our calendars, but the rhythm of the Earth herself.
It is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox, the threshold where light and dark stand in perfect balance.
Some years she rises in September, and in others she waits until October.
For generations, her brilliance stretched across the fields, gifting farmers precious hours to gather their final harvests before the hush of winter.
She is the moon of completion, of gathering, and of gratitude a reminder that every cycle ripens in its perfect time.
This year the Harvest moon rises on October 6th 2025.
Therefore tonight’s full moon is not the Harvest moon but it is indeed a powerful portal to change as it carries the energy of the total lunar eclipse in pisces.

Lunar eclipses are cosmic resets. This one, bathed in Piscean waters, is a threshold moment an initiation into deeper spiritual awareness. I
It invites you to dissolve old boundaries and step into unity, compassion, and higher connection.

Tonight, the moon rises in her fullest glory, illuminating what is hidden in the shadows.
The full moon is a mirror reflecting not just the light of the sun, but also the truths we carry within.
This is a sacred moment to pause, breathe, and release.
What no longer serves you may now be offered back to the universe under her silver light, and what is meant to grow will be nourished in her glow.
Take a moment tonight to step outside, look up, and feel her presence.
Whisper your intentions, your gratitude, or your prayers into the night.
Trust that they will be carried where they are meant to go.
Remember even in the dark, we are never without light.

The Beauty of September

When September arrives, I always feel a shift in the air.
There’s a freshness, a crisp scent that carries with it something deeper its like an awakening within me.
I feel a quiet stirring in my heart, a reminder of my true nature and my place in the greater cycle of life.

To me, this time of year feels like a beginning.

The rhythm of nature slows, yet within that slowing there is movement, an invitation to turn inward and reconnect.

There is magic all around us by the way the leaves begin to change, the way the air feels alive, the way nature prepares itself for transformation.

My own magic begins to stir.

September always calls me back to myself.
It invites me to notice the small wonders, to breathe in the shift, and to embrace the balance between holding on and letting go.

This is the journey I find myself on each September;
Reawakening, Remembering, and Returning to the simple truth that we are part of this ever-changing, ever-beautiful cycle of life.

La Beauté de Septembre

Quand septembre arrive, je ressens toujours un changement dans l’air.
Il y a une fraîcheur, un parfum vif qui porte en lui quelque chose de plus profond… comme un éveil à l’intérieur de moi.

Je sens un doux frémissement dans mon cœur, un rappel de ma véritable nature et de ma place dans le grand cycle de la vie.
Pour moi, cette période de l’année ressemble à un commencement.

Le rythme de la nature ralentit, et pourtant, dans ce ralentissement, il y a du mouvement une invitation à me tourner vers l’intérieur et à me reconnecter.

Il y a de la magie tout autour de nous : dans la façon dont les feuilles commencent à changer, dans la vitalité de l’air, dans la manière dont la nature se prépare à sa transformation.

Ma propre magie commence alors à s’éveiller.

Septembre m’appelle toujours à revenir vers moi-même.
Elle m’invite à remarquer les petites merveilles, à respirer le changement, et à accueillir l’équilibre entre retenir et laisser aller.
C’est le voyage dans lequel je me retrouve chaque mois de septembre :
Me ré éveiller, me souvenir et revenir à la simple vérité que nous faisons partie de ce cycle de vie toujours changeant et toujours magnifique.

I am sad to announce that the center will be closing its doors on October1st, 2025

I want to take a moment to give thanks to Christine for having the vision to open this center just when covid hit.

There were many challenges to overcome but she overcame them.
I joined her about a year into it and gradually the center and the commuity took a life of its own.

Without Christine's vision there would never have been a Center so please join me in honoring her vision and her contribution.

When one door closes another one opens.

I am continuing on and opening a new Healing Oasis in the heart of Beaconsfield where my colleagues and I will be honored to welcome you.

In Sanskrit, Amara means “immortal, eternal.”

In Latin/Italian/Spanish, Amar means “to love.”

In some African and Eastern cultures, Amara is associated with grace, kindness, or eternal beauty.

Vie: in French, it means “life.”

So when we put it all together Amara Vie means:

Where Love awakens life.

At Amaravie, every part of the name carries the spirit of our work:
Eternal Love, Grace, and timeless Healing.

Amaravie is more than a healing center it is a space of renewal, compassion, and deep transformation.

Après 4 belles années passées au sein du

Centre Holistique Révélations

je suis triste d’annoncer que le centre fermera ses portes le 1er octobre 2025.

Je tiens à prendre un moment pour remercier Christine d’avoir eu la vision d’ouvrir ce centre, juste au moment où la pandémie de Covid a frappé.
Il y a eu de nombreux défis à relever, mais elle les a surmontés.

Je l’ai rejointe environ un an plus t**d et, peu à peu, le centre et la communauté ont pris vie d’eux-mêmes.
Sans la vision de Christine, il n’y aurait jamais eu de centre, alors je vous invite à vous joindre à moi pour honorer sa vision et sa contribution.

Lorsqu’une porte se ferme, une autre s’ouvre.

Je poursuis donc mon chemin et j’ouvre un nouvel Oasis de guérison au cœur de Beaconsfield, où mes collègues et moi serons honorés de vous accueillir.

Full Moon Meditation: Whispers of time

As summer exhales its final breath and the first hints of autumn stir in the air, I am excited to gather once again under the full moon to honor the sacred turning of the seasons.

September is a time of quiet transition a threshold where we pause still feeling the heat of the summer yet one step towards the coolness of the fall.

This is the rhythm of the wheel of life; always turning guiding us through cycles of growth, release, and renewal.

When we listen closely, the wheel reminds us that every ending carries the seed of something new.

In this guided meditation, we’ll attune to the wisdom of the wheel as it gently turns and shifts us into the space of transition.

We will root into presence and open to the deeper rhythm of becoming.

Come rest in the space between… and let the wheel turn.

In closing we will enjoy a cup of tea and some gentle sharing.
