When you understand the process the caterpillar has to go through to achieve its butterfly essence:

First creating its cocoon (chrysalis/pritection)

Then giving up its caterpilar body (disintegration of the self)

Breaking through the chrysalis ( Embracing change and releasing fear)

Emerging out of its cocoon (spreading its wings and flying free)

Joy is a natural expression of the heart, a gentle vibration that reminds us we are alive, open, and connected.

It doesn’t need to be earned or chased.
It’s a frequency we can return to, especially when we pause and listen within.
This full moon, we gather in circle to awaken the joy that lives beneath the surface.

Through guided meditation, heartful presence, and our shared light let this be your moment to soften, receive, and let joy in.
All are welcome. Come as you are.
Your heart already knows the way.

This will be the last guided meditation for the season and will return September 2025
