All in a days work.
Adding both maderotherapy treatments and cupping to this client’s appointment was exactly what her body needed ( & didn’t even know it).

There’s something that matters just as much to me as technique, education, and experience in my practice… and that’s the space itself.

When you step into my treatment room, I’m very intentional about what you feel before I ever place a hand on you.
The lighting, the scent, the music, the energy in the room — it all has a job to do.
It’s not background noise to me, it’s part of the treatment.

Because I’m not just showing up as a therapist. I’m also a mom, a wife, a busy human with a full life outside these walls. And part of what makes this work so meaningful is the shift I get to make when I come in here. I transition into the best version of myself I can offer you — focused, grounded, and fully present for your care.

But here’s the part that really matters: I can only guide you so far.

Your body also needs permission to soften.
To exhale.
To stop holding everything together for a while.

That’s why the environment is so important to me.
The right music helps your nervous system settle.
The calm space tells your brain it’s safe to let go. The rhythm of the room is designed so you don’t have to “try” to relax — you just… start to.

Massage isn’t just about muscle work. It’s about creating a space where your body finally feels like it can melt.

And I take that seriously — every single appointment.

Muscles LOVE water.
When you’re dehydrated:
• Muscles tighten more easily
• Recovery takes longer
• You feel more sore after activity (or even after a massage!)

Massage helps flush things out… but water is what keeps everything moving properly.

Some of it comes from:
• sitting too long
• being on your phone
• stress that never fully shuts off
• constantly being “on” for everyone else

And because it builds slowly… it’s easy to ignore.
