Happy Sunday afternoon! I wanted to share a little update on yoga classes for the next several months. As many of you know the last couple of years I have been working on completing my Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology. As it is nearing the end of this program, there is an increase in coursework as well as participation in a practicum component. Due to the busyness of this schedule, I have made the difficult decision to place teaching yoga on hold for now.

Until the next time I see you on the mat, I hope you continue to do all the things your soul enjoys and chase those sunrises and sunsets!
