Snowy/Slushy trail run with this kid! I followed his lead and we ended up doing an interval run. 45 sec Run and 45 sec walk x 15.

Sunday Run-day….6.5km Trail run was more than I expected. I don’t run as often or as long in the fall/winter due to busy schedules and less daylight hours. CrossFit has helped me maintain my endurance and build strength for running in general.
