Active recovery: a cornerstone in modern physio: is all about safe, guided movement that keeps muscles working, joints mobile, and blood flowing. Unlike total rest, it can help reduce stiffness, speed up healing, and even boost your mood!
Here are a few ways you can try active recovery at home or outdoors in Port Alberni:
🌲 Easy walks or light hikes on local trails (think Roger Creek or Harbour Quay Walkway!)
