We are taking this time to honour the children who never came home, the survivors of residential schools, and the families and communities forever affected by this painful chapter in Canada’s history.

We encourage everyone to take a moment to learn, reflect, and support Indigenous voices.

Concussion baseline testing is a crucial component of injury management in contact sports. It provides your clinician with an understanding of your brain function in its healthy state. This can be extremely useful in diagnosing and treating concussions that may happen during the season. It should be a normal part of pre-season training for anyone engaging in high-risk sports, such as hockey, MMA, Rugby, Football, Soccer, or Lacrosse.
