Join in to learn and practice Qigong, along with related philosophy. Practice breathing, posture and movement exercises, as well as meditation. These techniques will help you open up to and enhance your perception of life force energy. Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years for longevity, healing, and personal development.
Posture and movement exercises are generally practiced in a standing position but can be modified if one must sit. Meditations are practiced in a sitting position, but occasionally while standing.
When: Tuesday evenings
Time: 7-8:30pm
Cost: $25ea or 5/$100 - drop in is available by appointment only

Please dress comfortably and bring your preference of item to sit on- cushion, bolster or yoga block
