In my Reflexology treatment I use a medium to light pressure technique on pressure points on the bottom, top and sides of your feet. This type of movement stimulates energy flow through the meridians of your body, to your organs and removes all blocked energy. The blocked energy is all your tight muscles where we hold stress or injuries. This will create a healthy blood flow. Reflexology helps to relieve inflammation, supports strong lungs, balancing hormones, improves the immune system, relieves all pains, back/knee/neck pains, improves digestion, clears the body of toxins, improves nerve stimulation and also a big reliever of stress leaving you feeling completely relaxed to take on the days ahead.
