February’s Heated Vinyasa theme is Shed & Surge.🤍

This is a 2-week aligned series inspired by the lunar new year and this upcoming Year of the Fire Horse, which officially begins on February 17, 2026, a rare cycle that occurs only once every 60 years.
This energetic shift is all about freedom, momentum, and bold transformation.

✨Week 1: The Final Shed (Snake → Horse transition)
Releasing old skins - habits, patterns, and patterns that no longer serve.
Creating space for what’s ready to grow.

✨Week 2: Igniting Momentum
(The Fire Horse)
We activate Manipura (solar plexus) energy, personal power, confidence, independence, and purposeful movement.
This is a practice of letting go, and then moving forward without hesitation.
Optional but encouraged: wear red to class, symbolizing vitality, courage, and good fortune.

I’m back and bringing the heat!🔥
I am so thrilled to announce the return of my vinyasa classes.

HEATED VINYASA FLOW
STRONG•SPICY•REGULATING AS HELL

A dynamic vinyasa practice, sweaty, strong, and full of focus.
You’ll move like a boss into stillness.
Don’t worry, it’s not about how bendy you are.
It’s about how honest you’re willing to be on the mat.

This is the kind of class that shakes off sleep, fuels your inner fire, and sets the tone for everything that follows. I bring my own flavour to every class, and each one is designed with students in mind.

What matters most is that it feels good in your body.
Expect practices that build strength, regulate your nervous system, and move energy throughout, leaving you grounded, clear, and alive.
